Q-Max's Efficient Problem Solving Approach
Toyota's® Problem Solving Wheel Toyota's® problem solving wheel, which evolved from Deming's Plan Do Check Act Cycle, is the most efficient way to solve problems, which will lead to the best solutions. The cycle always begins at the red box - Identify and Select Problem. The solution pattern proceeds clockwise around the wheel. To learn more about each of the six steps, hover the mouse over the applicable arrow or box. Additional detail can be obtained by clicking on the arrows or boxes. Navigator A smaller version of the wheel appears in the top left corner of most pages for easy site navigation. It displays the current quality control progress and allows the user to switch between data operations and tutorials.
